报告一:
Title: Convex Analysis in Zn and Applications to Optimization
报告摘要:In this talk, we compare convex sets and functions in Zn defined by Adiar and Fang, and Borwein and Giladi, respectively. It is shown that their definitions of convex sets are the same, but not the case for their definitions of convex functions. More precisely, the definition of convex functions in sense of Adiar and Fang implies that in sense of Borwein and Giladi, but the converse is not true in general. Under suitable assumptions, we show their definitions of convex functions are the same. We also discuss affine sets and separation of convex sets in Zn. We propose several open questions for these topics. As an application, we consider a linear integer programming problem with linear inequality constraints and obtain some necessary and sufficient optimality conditions by employing image space analysis.
报告人介绍:李军,男,1974年10月生,博士,教授,四川省学术和技术带头人,西华师范大学特聘教授。研究方向为优化理论及应用、非线性分析及应用,在EJOR、JCA、Sci. China Math.、JOTA、 JOGO等国际主流期刊上发表SCI收录论文40篇,总引用近800次;主持国家自然科学基金面上项目和青年基金、教育部科学技术重点项目、四川省杰出青年学术技术带头人培育计划等多项;在科学出版社出版教材1部;获四川省科技进步奖自然科学类三等奖1项(排1/2)、自贡市科技进步一等奖1项(排3/3);四川省高校创新团队《非线性分析及最优化》带头人。多次应邀学术访问意大利Pisa大学、英国Swansea大学、韩国国立Gyeongsang大学和韩国Gyungnam大学、台湾元智大学及香港理工大学。培养硕士55名(含在读),博士1名(合作),其中8名研究生分别考取了武汉大学、四川大学、山东大学、东北大学、东南大学、西安电子科技大学、南京师范大学、北京工业大学博士研究生。
报告二:
报告摘要:In this talk, we will focus on a special type of Boolean bent functions. We will construct a new class of bent functions, which includes some earlier constructions of bent functions as special cases. Next, we will use these bent functions to construct good mutually unbiased bases (MUBs), codebooks and sequences. We shall show that these bent functions have novel applications in many fields such as symmetric cryptography, quantum physics, compressed sensing and CDMA communication system.
报告人介绍:唐春明,男,博⼠,西华师范⼤大学数学与信息学院副教授。2012年博士毕业于北京大学。并先后在巴黎第八大学和香港科技大学从事博士后研究工作。主要研究包括密码、编码及其相关的数学理论。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年项目和面上项目各一项。发表 研究论文 40 余篇,其中 EI、SCI 检索论文30 余篇,代表性成果发表在国内外重要学术期刊《IEEE Transactions on Information Theory》、《Finite Fields and Their Applications 》、《Designs, Codes and Cryptography 》《Science China》和《China Communications》 等上面。
